On Strong Convergence for Maxima
In the present paper, a generalization of the first part of the Borel-Cantelli lemma is obtained by the recent work of Balakrishnan and Stepanov (2010). This generalization is further applied to derive strong limit results for the sequence of maxima.

On strong N?p(?)-convergence and S? (?) ?convergence
In this paper, we introduce the concept of strong ??convergence of order ? ( or N? p (?) ?convergence ) of sequence of real numbers and give some inclusion relations between the set of all ??statistical convergence of order ? and strong N? p (?)-convergence.

Knowledge‐based atomistic workflows are presented for mechanical and thermodynamic properties. By coupling modular simulations with ontology‐aligned metadata and provenance, Fe case studies on elastic behavior, defects, thermal properties, and Hall–Petch strengthening reveal how FAIR, queryable, and reusable simulation data can be generated. Mechanical

Coarse‐grained (left) and atomistic (right) models of the shape memory polymer ESTANE ETE 75DT3 are shown schematically. The two representations bridge molecular detail and mesoscopic description. Both models capture shape memory behavior, linking segmental mobility and conformational relaxation of anisotropic chains to macroscopic recovery, and ...

IS LONG-RUN OUTPUT CONVERGENCE ASSOCIATED WITH INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION? SOME NEW EVIDENCE FOR SELECTED AFRICAN COUNTRIES [PDF]
This study assesses long-run real per capita income convergence among selected African countries. The empirical investigation is based on an alternative approach.

This study shows that superalloys used in aircraft engine disks become much more prone to deformation at high temperatures if they have been strained during manufacturing. This effect increases with the level of prior strain but eventually reaches a limit.
