scRNA‐seq reveals pro‐metastatic neutrophil and exhausted T/NK subsets in BC patients with LN metastasis. Interferon‐stimulated neutrophils secrete LGALS9, drives T/NK cell exhaustion via HAVCR2. Neutralising LGALS9 restores T‐cell anti‐tumour activity, suggesting a novel therapeutic target.

On minimally tough chordal graphs
Katona and Varga showed that for any rational number $t \in (1/2,1]$, no chordal graph is minimally $t$-tough. We conjecture that no chordal graph is minimally $t$-tough for $t>1/2$ and prove several results supporting the conjecture.
