RNAi Regulator C3PO Promotes Arbovirus Infection in Insect Vectors

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
RNA interference (RNAi) is vital for eukaryotes to defend against virus infection. The C3PO complex takes part in RNAi but its role in regulating viral infection remains unclear. This work finds that insect C3PO facilitates arbovirus replication by degrading precursors of miRNAs, especially miR‐971‐3p.

Integrated Self‐Powered Sensors for Continuous Foot Health Monitoring via Laser‐Induced MXene‐Composited Graphene Hybrids From Lignocellulose

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study presents a high‐performance foot‐monitoring platform based on lignocellulose‐derived laser‐induced MXenecomposited graphene hybrids (LIG@MXene). The LIG@MXene exhibits markedly improved electrical conductivity, structural stability, and multifunctionality, enabling integrated energy harvesting, sensing, Joule heating, and supercapacitor ...

Decoupling Heat and Electrical Conduction in Bilayer Graphene Through Wrinkling‐Induced Phonon Hybridization

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Measurements of wrinkled bilayer graphene reveal a strikingly inverse anisotropic relationship: thermal conductivity perpendicular to the wrinkles is lower than that parallel to the wrinkles, whereas electrical conductivity exhibits the opposite trend, highlighting the decoupling of thermal and electrical transport in wrinkled graphene.

Ultra‐Sensitive and Linear Flexible Pressure Sensors with Tri‐Scale Graded Microstructures for Advanced Health Monitoring and Robotic Perception

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A flexible piezoresistive sensor with a 3D tri‐scale graded microstructure is proposed, overcoming the trade‐off between sensitivity and linearity. The device achieves ultra‐high sensitivity (138.6 kPa−1), a broad linear range (400 kPa, R2 = 0.99), and exceptional stability (24 000 repeated loading cycles), enabling precise detection of physiological ...

Degradation Mechanism of Phosphate‐Based Li‐NASICON Conductors in Alkaline Environment

open access: yesAdvanced Energy Materials, Volume 15, Issue 11, March 18, 2025.
The presence of water in the cathode of a Li‐air battery shifts reactions to produce LiOH, creating a corrosive, alkaline environment. This study investigates the alkaline stability of the common Li‐NASICON solid‐state conductor chemistries through a systematic experimental study combined with computational modeling to understand the degradation ...
