Particle morphology controls the balance between printability and electrical connectivity in low‐temperature AgCu/Ag metallization pastes. Flake‐shaped AgCu particles form extended low‐resistance contacts, whereas spherical particles favor processability at high metal loading. Fine Ag particles further tune void filling and conductive‐network formation

Gyroid Structured Globugraphite Carbon Foam With Hierarchical and Tailored Pore Size
Secondary sacrificial templates were designed and printed to create a defined network within a porous carbon. Lattices thermally degrades during the sintering process. Lattices are imprinted into the ceramic template and transferred to the morphology of Globugraphite.

More than 10 000 metal‐coated silicon MEMS cantilevers are fabricated and characterized to build a large‐scale experimental dataset spanning multiple vibrational modes. Machine learning algorithms are benchmarked to predict resonance frequency and quality factor, with ensemble based models achieving accuracy approaching experimental uncertainty.

This study explores the influences of calendering and surface treatment during direct ink writing (DIW) of thermochromic cholesteric liquid crystal (CLC) on PET nonwovens. For the PVA‐coated nonwovens, calendering reduces pore size leading to reduced ink absorption and enhanced spreading. The NeverWet‐coated nonwovens improve thermochromic responses by

Laser‐Induced Graphene from Waste Almond Shells
Almond shells, an abundant agricultural by‐product, are repurposed to create a fully bioderived almond shell/chitosan composite (ASC) degradable in soil. ASC is converted into laser‐induced graphene (LIG) by laser scribing and proposed as a substrate for transient electronics.
