The Order of Strongly Starlikeness of the Generalized α-Convex Functions [PDF]

open access: yesSymmetry, 2019
We consider the order of the strongly-starlikeness of the generalized α -convex functions. Some sufficient conditions for functions to be p-valently strongly-starlike are given.

Strongly starlike and spirallike functions [PDF]

open access: yesAnnales Polonici Mathematici, 2005
The author studies the concepts of strong starlikeness and spirallikeness with respect to a finite point as well as with respect to infinity. He also considers the meromorphic strongly starlike and meromorphic spirallike functions of order \((\alpha,\beta)\). New method of proofs are presented.

New Properties of Analytic Functions

open access: yesMathematics
In the present paper, we consider the class A¯ of functions f(z) of the form f(z)=z+∑k=1∞a1+k3z1+k3 that are analytic in the open unit disc U. If a1+k3=0 for k≠3n(n=1,2,3,⋯), then f(z) is given by f(z)=z+∑k=2∞akzk.

On p-Valently Meromorphic-Strongly Starlike and Convex Functions

open access: yesInternational Journal of Analysis and Applications, 2016
In this paper, we obtain sufficient conditions for analytic function $f(z)$ in the punctured unit disk to be $p$-valently meromorphic-strongly starlike and $p$-valently meromorphic-strongly convex of order $\beta$ and type $\alpha$.

On the strongly starlikeness of multivalently convex functions of order α [PDF]

open access: yesInternational Journal of Mathematics and Mathematical Sciences, 2001
The object of the present paper is to derive some sufficient conditions for strongly starlikeness of multivalently convex functions of order α in the open unit disc.

On Logarithmic and Inverse Coefficients for Sakaguchi‐Type Starlike Functions Subordinated to a Petal‐Shaped Domain

open access: yesJournal of Function Spaces, Volume 2026, Issue 1, 2026.
In this paper, we study several important coefficient problems for the class Sp∗ of Sakaguchi‐type starlike functions subordinated to a petal‐shaped domain. We obtain a collection of sharp bounds that extend and refine known results in geometric function theory.

Starlike Functions With Respect to a Boundary Point Connected With Bounded Radius Rotation

open access: yesJournal of Function Spaces, Volume 2026, Issue 1, 2026.
In the current article, we introduce a new subclass of univalent function Gμ with bounded radius rotation. For this new class, the authors establish many interesting relations between these classes and existing classes. Furthermore, authors try to find coefficient estimations for this new subclass.

Straightforward Preparation of Polyurethane‐Based Biomaterials with Dual Antibacterial and Anti‐Adhesive Properties for Long‐Lasting Catheter Applications

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Interfaces, Volume 12, Issue 24, December 22, 2025.
This study presents the elaboration of antibacterial, antiadhesive, and antibiofilm polyurethane by a straightforward process based on the co‐extrusion of 2 wt.% of both antibacterial and antiadhesive copolymer. The material proves to be active even after pre‐exposition to biological media and prevents E. coli biofilm formation without toxicity.
