Vortex lines in the high-Tc superconductivity in presence of lattice distortions [PDF]
arXiv, 2006 We investigate the superconducting states of the high-Tc superconductors which we argue to be commensurately locked by the tilted rigid octahedral distortion. The method is based on the analysis of the kinematics of the rigid-octahedra lattice model. The distortion modes cause the competing superconducting state of the "s" and "d" type symmetry.
