Structure-property relationships for the design of polyiminocarbonates
Biomaterials, 1990Structure-property relationships for the design of new polyiminocarbonates were established, based on the investigation of thermal stability and processibility, morphology, tensile strength, hydrolytic degradation and drug release profiles of 15 different polyiminocarbonates.

Interpretation of Quantitative Structure−Property and −Activity Relationships
Journal of Chemical Information and Computer Sciences, 2001The potential utility of data reduction methods (e.g. principal component analysis) for the analysis of matrices assembled from the related properties of large sets of compounds is discussed by reference to results obtained from solvent polarity scales, ongoing work on solubilities and sweetness properties, and proposed general treatments of toxicities

Explorations of Molecular Structure-Property Relationships
SAR and QSAR in Environmental Research, 1999The problem of the relationship between the structure of a molecule and its physical, chemical, and biological properties is one of the most fundamental in chemistry. Three molecular structure-property studies are discussed as illustrations of different approaches to this problem.

Structure-Property Relationships in Sensors
Crystallography Reviews, 1988Abstract Various devices are described which record physical phenomena and which respond by transmitting signals via information processing units to actuators. For example, a thermistor senses temperature and transmits an electrical signal to an integrated circuit which may in turn actuate a furnace control.

Structure/Property Relationships of Polystannanes
1995Publisher Summary This chapter focuses on the structure or property relationships of polystannanes. Distannane, which can be considered a heavy-atom analog of ethane, is the simplest chemical structure that falls under the preceding definition for the class of compounds known as polystannanes.
