On q-analogs of Struve functions

Quaestiones Mathematicae, 2022
In this paper, we introduce q-analogs of the Struve-Bessel functions in terms of q-sine functions. We study the reality of the zeros of the q-Struve Bessel functions and their properties. Also, the interlacing of the zeros of the q-StruveBessel functions and the zeros of corresponding q-Bessel functions are proved under certain conditions on q.

SOME INTEGRALS INVOLVING STRUVE AND MODIFIED STRUVE FUNCTIONS

Journal of Ramanujan Society of Mathematics and Mathematical Sciences
In this paper, authors establish eight definite integral involving Struve function and modified Struve functions using basic properties of definite integrals and its techniques. Several closely-related results such as (for example) Generalized hypergeometric functions are also considered.

Struve Functions and Related Functions

2021
Topics of this chapter are functions related to the non-homogenous generalizations of Bessel’s differential equation: The Struve functions, the modified Struve functions, the Anger function, and the Weber function. The evaluations are based either on series expansions or on path integral techniques.

Turán-type inequalities for Struve, modified Struve and Anger–Weber functions

Integral Transforms and Special Functions, 2016
ABSTRACTThe aim of this paper is to establish the Turan-type inequalities for Struve functions, modified Struve functions, Anger–Weber functions and Hurwitz zeta function, by using a new form of the Cauchy–Bunyakovsky–Schwarz inequality.

Incomplete Bessel and Struve functions

Mathematical Proceedings of the Cambridge Philosophical Society, 1956
ABSTRACTSome properties are given of the incomplete Bessel and Struve functions defined by a Poisson-type integral. These functions are tabulated for the orders 0 and 1.

Hardy space of generalized Struve functions

Complex Variables and Elliptic Equations, 2013
In this paper, we present some immediate applications of convexity involving Struve functions associated with the Hardy space of analytic functions, i.e.

Incomplete Lipschitz-Hankel integrals of struve functions

Journal of the Franklin Institute, 1992
Representations for the incomplete Lipschitz-Hankel integrals of Struve functions are obtained in closed form by using Kampé de Fériet functions. According to the author ``the Kampé de Fériet functions employed in these representations have series expansions which converge everywhere -- and therefore should prove useful, for example, in numerical ...

Struve functions for circular aperture patterns

Microwave and Optical Technology Letters, 1995
AbstractThe pattern of a circular aperture with errors normally requires a double numerical integration. When the aperture function is rotationally symmetric or with sin θ variation, the double integration can be reduced to a single integration of a Struve function; these are readily calculable.
