Novelty for the flora of Espírito Santo, Brazil: a new species of Ouratea Aubl. (Ochnaceae)

Here, we describe and illustrate the new species Ouratea oberdanii Fraga & Deccache, which is named after Dr Oberdan José Pereira. This new species is found in the mountainous regions of the evergreen Atlantic Forest in the Brazilian state of Espírito Santo.
