SU–8 micro coriolis mass flow sensor

open access: yesSensors and Actuators B: Chemical, 2017
This work presents the modelling, design, fabrication and test of the first micro Coriolis mass flow sensor fully fabricated in SU-8 by photolithography processes. The sensor consists of a channel with rectangular cross-section with inner opening of 100 μm × 100 μm and is actuated at resonance by Lorentz forces.

European Standard Clinical Practice Guideline and EXPeRT Recommendations for the Diagnosis and Management of Gastroenteropancreatic Neuroendocrine Neoplasms in Children and Adolescents

open access: yesPediatric Blood &Cancer, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Pediatric gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasms (GEP‐NENs) are extremely rare and clinically heterogeneous. Management has largely been extrapolated from adult practice. This European Standard Clinical Practice Guideline (ESCP), developed by the EXPeRT network in collaboration with adult NEN experts, provides (adult) evidence ...

Micromechanical testing of SU‐8 cantilevers [PDF]

open access: yesFatigue & Fracture of Engineering Materials & Structures, 2005
ABSTRACTSU‐8 is a photoplastic polymer with a wide range of possible applications in microtechnology. Cantilevers designed for atomic force microscopes were fabricated in SU‐8. The mechanical properties of these cantilevers were investigated using two microscale testing techniques: contact surface profilometer beam deflection and static load deflection

Efficacy and Tolerability of Topotecan/Cyclophosphamide/Dinutuximab in Relapsed and Refractory High‐Risk Neuroblastoma: A Multi‐Institutional Retrospective Study

open access: yesPediatric Blood &Cancer, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Purpose Chemoimmunotherapy with irinotecan, temozolomide, and dinutuximab (I/T/DIN) has emerged as first‐line therapy for relapsed/refractory (r/r) high‐risk neuroblastoma (HRNB) in North America. Topotecan and cyclophosphamide (T/C) are often used in combination with dinutuximab in the setting of lack of response, progression, or incomplete ...

Soft lithography replica molding of critically coupled polymer microring resonators [PDF]

open access: yes, 2004
We use soft lithography replica molding to fabricate unclad polystyrene (PS) and clad SU-8 microring resonator filters. The PS resonator has an intrinsic quality factor of 1.0/spl times/10/sup 4/ at /spl lambda/=1.55 /spl mu/m, while that of the SU-8 ...

SU(6)$\supset$SU(3)xSU(2) and SU(8)$\supset$SU(4)xSU(2) Clebsch-Gordan coefficients

open access: yes, 2010
Tables of scalar factors are presented for 63x63 and 120x63 in SU(8)$\supset$SU(4)xSU(2), and for 35x35 and 56x35 in SU(6)$\supset$SU(3)xSU(2). Related tables for SU(4)$\supset$SU(3)xU(1) and SU(3)$\supset$SU(2)xU(1) are also provided so that the Clebsch-

Graphene Oxide Doped SU-8 Waveguide and Its Application as Saturable Absorber

open access: yesIEEE Photonics Journal, 2017
Graphene oxide (GO)-doped SU-8 waveguides have been fabricated and characterized. The GO-doped SU-8 can be processed using standard photolithography parameters.

Clinical Course and Impact of Breaks in Therapy for Children With Relapsed/Refractory Solid Tumors

open access: yesPediatric Blood &Cancer, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Introduction Pediatric relapsed or refractory (R/R) solid tumors carry a dismal prognosis, and postrelapse patient experiences are not well described. We present postrelapse outcomes, including number of R/R events and subsequent therapy regimens.

Molecular Methods for Rare Hemoglobinopathy Cases: First Brazilian Report of Pediatric Siblings with Hb O‐Arab and Alpha‐Thalassemia

open access: yesPediatric Blood &Cancer, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Hemoglobinopathies are prevalent globally; diagnosis is complex in high genetic admixture populations like Brazil. We report, in two pediatric siblings, the first documented cases in Brazil of heterozygosity for hemoglobin (Hb) O‐Arab with coinheritance of α‐thalassemia (αα/−α4.2; −α3.7/−α4.2), resulting in microcytic and hypochromic anemia ...

Considerations on using SU-8 as a construction material for high aspect ratio structures [PDF]

open access: yes, 2007
This paper discusses two material aspects of SU-8 that have up till now been insufficiently documented. We present initial results on the outgassing behavior and a study on the dielectric properties of SU-8 at high bias voltage.
