Arthroscopic Coracoid Excision, Conjoint Tendon, and Pectoralis Minor Release for Anterior Shoulder Pain and Impingement After Reverse Shoulder Arthroplasty

open access: yesArthroscopy Techniques, Volume 14, Issue 8, August 2025.
Abstract Anterior shoulder pain after reverse shoulder arthroplasty (RSA) is both challenging to diagnose and treat and can be attributed to the conjoint tendon, coracoid process, and pectoralis minor. Various open and arthroscopic techniques have been proposed to address singular aspects of these painful structures, although a global treatment has not

Efficacy of Neuromuscular Ultrasound in Diagnosing and Treating a Mammogram‐Induced Brachial Plexus Injury—A Case Report

open access: yesJournal of Clinical Ultrasound, Volume 53, Issue 4, Page 880-884, May 2025.
This case highlights the diagnostic challenges of cutaneous nerve entrapment syndromes, often overlooked and misdiagnosed, especially without a clear inciting injury. Through the utilization of musculoskeletal ultrasound, peripheral neuropathies can be diagnosed and treated successfully. ABSTRACT A 40‐year‐old woman presented with chronic left anterior

Arthroscopic Pectoralis Minor Release

open access: yesArthroscopy Techniques, Volume 14, Issue 5, May 2025.
Abstract The pectoralis minor (PM) originates at the ribs medially and inserts at the medial border of the coracoid process. Pathologic shortening of the PM can be found in overhead athletes. A shortened PM is associated with anterior and internal rotation of the scapula, leading to scapular dyskinesis and anterior shoulder pain.
