Hyperlipidemia Aggravates Alveolar Bone Loss via Periodontal Ligament Stem Cell Ferroptosis Through GSK3β Dependent Ubiquitin‐Mediated NRF2 Degradation

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Lipid metabolic stress triggers ferroptosis in PDLSCs through the GSK3β/NRF2 pathway, thereby aggravating periodontal bone loss. Upregulated GSK3β promotes NRF2 ubiquitination and proteasomal degradation via β‐TrCP, suppressing NRF2 nuclear translocation and antioxidant target expression.

Scalable Engineering of Bio‐Manufactured Extracellular Vesicles for Selective Delivery in Ovarian Cancer Patient‐Derived Models

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Engineered extracellular vesicles displaying Ephrin‐B2 selectively target Ephrin‐B4–expressing ovarian cancer cells, enabling precise delivery in patient‐derived models. This scalable bio‐manufacturing platform reveals a versatile strategy to exploit Ephrin signaling for highly specific therapeutic payload delivery and motivates exploration of tailored

Siete al mondo, non c’è rimedio! Nostalgie e xenalgie più o meno contemporanee = You’re on earth, there’s no cure for that! More or less contemporary nostalgia and xenalgia

open access: yesH-ermes: Journal of Communication, 2016
Nostalgia may be considered as a particular mood (Stimmung) or a peculiar form of being (Dasein). Sometimes it can also degenerate into psychopathological disorders as “lived time” and “lived space” chronic alterations.

WTAP‐Mediated m6A Modification Targets the LRP1‐Lipid Metabolism Axis to Regulate Joint Cartilage Regeneration

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
WTAP drives cartilage regeneration by activating an LRP1‐dependent lipid metabolic program in macrophages, enhancing IL‐10 and TGF‐β secretion to promote chondrogenic differentiation. Leveraging this mechanism, virtual screening identifies LRP1‐targeting compounds that effectively stimulate cartilage repair, highlighting a druggable epigenetic ...

The Use of Adaptive Genetic Algorithm for Detecting Kiwifruit’s Variant Subculture Seedling [PDF]

open access: yesInternational Journal Bioautomation, 2017
In order to reduce the possible economic loss brought by variant seedlings in tissue culture, we propose a pattern recognition approach using fitness to dynamically monitor subculture seedlings of kiwifruit based on adaptive Genetic Algorithm. By coding,
