Abstract We investigated the crustal radial anisotropy in the eastern South China Block (ESCB) with the F‐J multimodal ambient noise tomography. Well corresponding to widespread mid‐crustal low‐velocity zones in the VSV ${V}_{SV}$ model, a pronounced mid‐crustal channel of positive radial anisotropy is revealed.

Oligocene clockwise rotations along the eastern Pamir: Tectonic and paleogeographic implications
International audienceDespite the importance of the Pamir range in controlling Asian paleoenvironments and land-sea paleogeography, its tectonic evolution remains poorly constrained in time and space, hindering its potential for understanding deep to ...

CSRM‐1.0: A China Seismological Reference Model
Abstract High‐resolution seismic model is crucial for advancing our understandings on geological processes and enhancing seismic hazard mitigation programs. We construct a high‐resolution China Seismological Reference Model (CSRM‐1.0) in the top 100 km of the crust and uppermost mantle in continental China following a top‐down construction process. The

Dicussion on well selection conditions of CO2 huff and puff in low permeability reservoir
Low permeability reservoirs are widely distributed in Subei(northern Jiangsu province) Basin. There are some problems such as insufficient natural energy and fragmented structures, which make it difficult to form an effective injection-production well ...

Late Paleocene Paleoclimate recorded in halite deposits in Subei basin ,East China
Abstract Salt deposits correspond to relatively extreme climate events. However, due to insufficient independent temperature proxies, there is a lack of paleotemperature records obtained from salt laminae deposition .The Paleocene evaporite sequence deposited in the Hongze Depression of Subei Basin provides an important terrestrial sediment ...

In previous studies, the "marine facies" fossils in the second member of Taizhou Formation and the second and fourth members of Funing Formation of the Subei-South Yellow Sea Basin were generally considered to be organisms associated with transgression and organisms that lived in saline lakes. However, after reviewing the data, this theory proved to be
