The Ambivalent Autonomy of Mobile “Pocăiți” between Vicovu de Sus, Romania and Turin, Italy after 1989

open access: yesStudia Universitatis Babes-Bolyai Sociologia, 2016

Overcoming School Learning: The Role of the Subjectivity in the Funds of Identity Approach

open access: yesTeoría de la Educación: Revista Interuniversitaria, 2019
Learning occurs when the learner becomes the subject of his own learning in both formal and informal contexts. The subjectivity theory of González Rey, which starts from a historical-cultural approach, affirms that this process is guided by emotion ...

Aqueously Upcycled Lignin with Emergent Tribonegativity for Skin‐Integrated Triboelectronics

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Aqueously upcycled lignin is transformed into a printable ink that self‐assembles into a nanotextured surface during printing with the highest reported biopolymer‐based tribonegativity. The resulting skin‐integrated triboelectric sensor enables high‐fidelity cardiovascular monitoring and objective mental workload classification, demonstrating a ...

Text and artefacts for creating a "World of Investment Decision-Making" : an empirical study into investment procedures [PDF]

open access: yes
The investment procedure prescribes the stages and tests through which all investment projects must pass before being accepted or not. It governs the conditions of acceptability and constitutes a powerful device of a priori control.

Excitonic Landscapes in Monolayer Lateral Heterostructures Revealed by Unsupervised Machine Learning

open access: yesAdvanced Optical Materials, EarlyView.
Hyperspectral photoluminescence data from graded MoxW1 − xS2 alloys and monolayer MoS2–WS2 lateral heterostructures are analyzed using unsupervised machine learning. The combined use of PCA, t‐SNE, and DBSCAN uncovers distinct excitonic regions that trace how composition, strain, and defects modulate optical responses in these 2D materials.

“The invisible life”: among letters, women bodies and subjectivation processes

open access: yes, 2020
This article explores female invisibilities by means of mails exchaged between two public university teachers. It is an aesthetic activity mediated by the notion of "self writing", proposed by Michel Foucault and by the film "The invisible life" by Karim Aïnouz, script by Murilo Hauser; in which image, time, and movement happen through letters ...

Soft Robotic Excretory Care Simulator for Nursing Education: Functional and Perceptual Biomimetics Approach

open access: yesAdvanced Robotics Research, EarlyView.
A soft robotic simulator is developed to replicate the digital removal of feces (DRF), a sensitive yet essential nursing procedure. Integrating soft actuators, sensors, and a realistic rectal model, the simulator balances functional fidelity with perceptual realism. Engineering evaluations and nurse feedback confirm its potential to enhance training in
