Quality of Surface Coating by Submerged Arc Welding
1990Along with development of agglomerated powders, also submerged arc surfacing has become a very interesting cladding technique for surfaces subject to wear and corrosion. Agglomerated powders, which contain alloying elements, make possible single-pass surfacing of structural steel with different surfacing compositions.

Thermaltransport phenomenon of submerged arc welding process
2014In present work, thermal transport considering heat radiation by oval heat source and heat transfer of molten moving electrode was presented. In present paper, an analytical solution was presented by aggregating temperature increments caused by applying liquid metal and heat radiation of moving electrode.
