Abstract Superior capsular reconstruction is a surgical technique for the treatment of massive irreparable rotator cuff tears. Different types of grafts have been used. Human dermal allograft has the advantage of avoiding autograft harvest‐site morbidity but may elongate with graft loading, resulting in eventual superior humeral head migration.

Subpectoral Biceps Tenodesis For The Treatment Of Type Two And Four Slap Lesions
Objectives: Despite unsatisfactory outcomes in middle aged patients with SLAP lesions, surgical repair remains the gold standard for most Type II and Type IV SLAP lesions. Given recent data demonstrating higher SLAP repair failure rates in this subset of

All‐Arthroscopic Suprapectoral Biceps Tenodesis With Knotless Unicortical Locking Button Technique
Abstract Tenodesis of the long head of the biceps tendon is a well‐established surgical procedure to treat isolated pathology of the proximal biceps as well as concomitant intra‐articular glenohumeral pathology causing shoulder pain and dysfunction. Furthermore, multiple locations for the site of tenodesis and multiple implants for fixation have been ...

Long head biceps and rotator cuff surgery in the shoulder [PDF]
Pooling data of studies that compared LHB tenotomy with tenodesis revealed no difference in clinical outcome parameters such as Constant score, elbow flexion strength and forearm supination strength. Popeye deformity and cramping pain were more prevalent
