Introduction Pelvic organ prolapse with complete bladder eversion is extremely rare. Case presentation An 82‐year‐old woman was diagnosed with uterine prolapse 3 years ago and underwent occasional urethral catheter placement for difficulty in micturition. She presented with vulvar bleeding and prolapsed uterus from the vagina.
