Sugarcane Variety Development in the Caribbean
Sugar Tech, 2021This paper describes the network of sugarcane variety development institutes in the Caribbean which are coordinated by the Central Breeding Station based in Barbados. The countries comprising the network are Barbados, Belize, Guyana, Jamaica and Dominican Republic. Each country has its own independent variety selection program.
