O Suicídio e suas relações com a psicopatologia: análise qualitativa de seis casos de suicídio racional

Foram avaliados sistematicamente 44 pacientes, admitidos em enfermaria psiquiátrica de hospital geral logo após tentativa de suicídio. Estes indivíduos foram submetidos a entrevista qualitativa, usando-se um guia geral de entrevista.

Evidence shows that an increased understanding of mental health and suicide myths is related to a reduction of suicide problems. Therefore, validating the Suicide Awareness Scale ‐ Short Form (LOSS‐SF) and the Suicide Stigma Scale ‐ Short Form (SOSS‐SF) is of utmost necessity to have a tool available to detect such cases.
