Psychometric Analysis of Scores on the GAD‐7 With University Students

ABSTRACT This study explored the psychometric characteristics of the Generalized Anxiety Disorder seven‐item screener (GAD‐7) scores. The 568 US university student participant responses yielded a unidimensional factor structure with mostly excellent fit statistics.

The Impact of School‐Based Group Adlerian Play Therapy on Internalizing Behaviors

ABSTRACT This study examined the impact of group Adlerian play therapy (GAdPT) compared to a waitlist control group (WG) with 94 fourth‐ and fifth‐grade students reporting clinical levels of internalizing behaviors. Forty‐eight students were assigned to GAdPT and 46 were assigned to the WG.

Young adult self‐harm: The role of victimisation and polygenic risk in a population‐based longitudinal study

Abstract Background Victimisation has been associated with self‐harm (with or without suicidal intent), but little is known about this association during young adulthood—a distinct developmental period. Further, not all individuals who experience victimisation will later engage in self‐harm, suggesting the influence of other factors.
