GalNAc-Lipid nanoparticles enable non-LDLR dependent hepatic delivery of a CRISPR base editing therapy

open access: yesNature Communications, 2023
Lipid nanoparticles have demonstrated utility in hepatic delivery of a range of therapeutic modalities and typically deliver their cargo via low-density lipoprotein receptor-mediated endocytosis.

The Subterranean 2.0 Cipher Suite

open access: yesIACR Transactions on Symmetric Cryptology, 2020
This paper presents the Subterranean 2.0 cipher suite that can be used for hashing, MAC computation, stream encryption and several types of authenticated encryption schemes. At its core it has a duplex object with a 257-bit state and a lightweight single-

Keeping Mutation Test Suites Consistent and Relevant with Long-Standing Mutants [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv, 2022
Mutation testing has been demonstrated to be one of the most powerful fault-revealing tools in the tester's tool kit. Much previous work implicitly assumed it to be sufficient to re-compute mutant suites per release. Sadly, this makes mutation results inconsistent; mutant scores from each release cannot be directly compared, making it harder to measure

COMPOSITIONAL AND DRAMATURGICAL ELEMENTS IN GHEORGHE NEAGA’S SUITE FOR STRING QUARTET [PDF]

open access: yesStudiul Artelor şi Culturologie: Istorie, Teorie, Practică, 2018
Opuses in the suite genre represent a significant part in Gheorghe Neaga’s instrumental chamber repertoire, but also keep an important place in the gold heritage of the autochthonous chamber music.

On the Assessment of Benchmark Suites for Algorithm Comparison [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv, 2021
Benchmark suites, i.e. a collection of benchmark functions, are widely used in the comparison of black-box optimization algorithms. Over the years, research has identified many desired qualities for benchmark suites, such as diverse topology, different difficulties, scalability, representativeness of real-world problems among others. However, while the

Automatic Repair of Real Bugs in Java: A Large-Scale Experiment on the Defects4J Dataset [PDF]

open access: yesEmpirical Software Engineering, Springer, 2016, 2018
Defects4J is a large, peer-reviewed, structured dataset of real-world Java bugs. Each bug in Defects4J comes with a test suite and at least one failing test case that triggers the bug. In this paper, we report on an experiment to explore the effectiveness of automatic test-suite based repair on Defects4J.

MBBench: A WCET Benchmark Suite

open access: yesSakarya University Journal of Computer and Information Sciences, 2020
One of the important features of any real-time software is the worst-case execution time (WCET). To get an understanding of the timing behavior of real-time systems and to prove that the real-time software meets its deadlines, WCET analysis is performed.

Ablation of LRP6 in alpha‐smooth muscle actin‐expressing cells abrogates lung inflammation and fibrosis upon bleomycin‐induced lung injury

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Low‐density lipoprotein receptor‐related protein 6 (LRP6) is a key receptor for the Wnt antagonist Dickkopf1 (DKK1). DKK1 protein expression is induced in a bleomycin (BLM)‐induced lung injury model. We show that DKK1 induces proinflammatory and profibrotic genes in lung fibroblasts.
