Interferometric Measurements of Isotherms of Sulfur Hexafluoride in the Critical Region
Isotherms of sulfur hexafluoride in the critical region have been determined by interferometric measurements. A thin sample of pure fluid, compressed under its own weight, is placed in one arm of a Mach–Zehnder interferometer. The resulting interference

ABSTRACT Climate change has intensified the need to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, particularly methane (CH4) from enteric fermentation. Genetic selection has emerged as a promising mitigation strategy; however, studies on Bos taurus indicus, especially Nellore cattle, remain limited.

Temperature dependence in the multiphoton dissociation of sulfur-32 hexafluoride
The multiphoton dissocn. of 32SF6 at 10.59 mm was studied as a function of temp. between 223 and 413 K. The obsd. decrease of the reaction yield with increasing temp. varied strongly with the laser energy fluence at the applied conditions.

Optical third‐harmonic generation in the fluorinated methanes and sulfur hexafluoride [PDF]
Optical third‐harmonic generation experiments are used to determine nonlinear polarizabilities for the fluorinated methanes and sulfur hexafluoride. An ambiguity present in previous measurements of third‐harmonic generation in gases is resolved.Peer ...

Renal Perfusion in Healthy Horses: A Feasibility Study With Contrast‐Enhanced Ultrasound
ABSTRACT This study assessed the feasibility of contrast‐enhanced ultrasound (CEUS) for evaluating renal perfusion in horses and compared perfusion parameters between age groups. In a prospective study, eight healthy horses were divided into young (3–5 years, n = 4) and old (16–17 years, n = 4) groups.

Anthropogenic Carbon Isotope Signals in North Atlantic Water Masses at 48°N
Abstract Deep‐water masses are formed in the North‐Atlantic, making studies of δ13C of dissolved CO2 in this region key to monitor and understand the spreading of anthropogenic carbon into the ocean interior. The objective of this study is to quantify the Suess effect (SE) in North Atlantic water masses using sulfur hexafluoride (SF6) as the ...

We introduce an SF6 RIE plasma fluorination method for mesoporous TiO2, suppressing oxygen vacancies and improving charge extraction. The fluorinated TiO2 promotes uniform FAPbI3 film formation and enhances device performance under both one‐sun and indoor illumination.
