Cu‐Pd Dual Single Atoms Promoting Selective CO2 Photoreduction to C2 Products in Seawater

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Cu and Pd dual single atoms anchored on TiO2 cooperatively enhance C─C coupling during CO2 photoreduction in seawater. Under xenon‐light irradiation and without a sacrificial reagent/alkaline trapping agent, the catalyst achieves highly selective acetic acid formation.

A Solar Position Sensor Based on Image Vision

open access: yesSensors, 2017
Solar collector technologies operate with better performance when the Sun beam direction is normal to the capturing surface, and for that to happen despite the relative movement of the Sun, solar tracking systems are used, therefore, there are rules and ...

Digital Twin of a One‐Sun‐Driven Luminescent‐Concentrator‐Assisted Planar Solar‐Pumped Fiber Laser

open access: yesAdvanced Optical Materials, EarlyView.
An experimentally‐validated digital twin of a one‐sun solar‐pumped fiber laser enables a design exhibit 13‐times higher output power at 1064 nm to be achieved. Despite its simple appearance, the multitude of choices in the design parameters make finding this improved very tedious in the lab, thus the digital twin can save significant time and effort ...
