A Microfluidic Multiplex Sorter for Strain Development

A new multiplex method for high‐throughput screening of yeast strains based on glucoamylase production is presented. Droplets containing single mutant yeast cells are incubated for enzyme production. A sorting platform divides mutants by their high‐ and mid‐activity levels.

Interferon‐Driven Biomarkers and Synergistic Therapy for PRMT5 Inhibition in Triple‐Negative Breast Cancer

Triple‐negative breast cancer exhibits variable sensitivity to PRMT5 inhibition. Basal interferon signaling is identified as a key biomarker of response. PARP inhibition with olaparib induces IFN signaling, sensitizing resistant TNBC cells to PRMT5 inhibitors.

The sunrise integral and elliptic polylogarithms

We summarize recent computations with a class of elliptic generalizations of polylogarithms, arising from the massive sunrise integral. For the case of arbitrary masses we obtain results in two and four space-time dimensions.
