Sustainable Lithium Recovery From Spent NMC622 Cathodes by a CO2‐Leaching Pathway
This study presents a CO2‐driven hydrometallurgical route for selectively extracting lithium from NMC 622 cathodes. By optimizing key operating parameters, the process achieves high lithium dissolution, exceeding EU targets, and efficient Li2CO3 recovery.
