Estimativas de área e do espectro para superfícies mínimas estáveis [PDF]
This dissertation is based on the recent results of O. Munteanu, C.-J. Sung, and J. Wang, published in 2023 in the referenced article [MSW23]. Our main motivation lies in the study of the area growth of geodesic balls and estimates for the bottom of the ...

Gate‐Induced Critical Current Modulation in W–C Nanowires: The Role of Fabrication
Focused ion beam induced deposition (FIBID) enables precise control of superconducting W–C nanowire devices. Introducing a Ga+ focused ion beam (FIB) cleaning step reduces substrate damage and suppresses leakage currents, shifting gating thresholds to higher voltages.

Folheações do espaço hiperbólico H³ por superfícies mínimas
In this work, we present two foliations of the hyperbolic space by minimal surfaces. In each of these foliations, the leaves are invariant under the flux of a Killing field.

A Cryopreservation‐Based Supply Chain Strategy for Extrusion Bioprinting in Space
Extrusion bioprinting on crewed space platforms requires a bioink that stays functional along the logistic chain. Here, cells and biomaterial ink travel separately, the cells cryopreserved and the ink cold stored, and are combined only minutes before printing.

Auditory–Tactile Congruence for Synthesis of Adaptive Pain Expressions in RoboPatients
In this work, we explore auditory–tactile congruence for synthesizing adaptive vocal pain expressions in robopatients. Using a robopatient platform that integrates vocal pain sounds with palpation forces, we conducted 7680 trials across 20 participants.

Cross‐Scale Hierarchical Targeted Delivery System Based on Small‐Scale Magnetic Robots
This article reviews a cross‐scale hierarchical targeted delivery system that integrates magnetic continuum robots and magnetic microrobots. By combining rapid long‐range navigation with precise microscale targeting, the system overcomes key limitations of single‐scale approaches.

Intelligent Micro/Nanorobots for Targeted Interventional Therapy: From Bench to Clinic
Zirui Zhang et al. reviewed the application and challenges of mobile nanomachines in interventional therapy. By converting exogenous energy, including chemical, magnetic, optical, and ultrasonic sources, into mechanical forces, micro/nanorobots (MNRs) enable precise actuation at unprecedented scales. Evolving far beyond traditional drug delivery, these

Rotating magnetic fields (RMFs) are widely used for microrobot propulsion and control. We show that RMF generation with permanent magnets is mechanically feasible for many limb and intracranial applications but becomes constrained for thoracic targets.

Uma introdução às superfícies mínimas
The theory of minimal surfaces in three-dimensional euclidean space has raised in the 18th century when Euler and Lagrange were developing the Calculus of Variations.
