Double Copy From Tensor Products of Metric BV■‐Algebras

open access: yesFortschritte der Physik, Volume 73, Issue 1-2, February 2025.
Abstract Field theories with kinematic Lie algebras, such as field theories featuring color–kinematics duality, possess an underlying algebraic structure known as BV■‐algebra. If, additionally, matter fields are present, this structure is supplemented by a module for the BV■‐algebra.

Gauge-fixing Condition on Prepotential of Chiral Multiplet for Nongeometric Backgrounds

open access: yes, 2016
We study a supergauge transformation of a complex superfield which generates a chiral superfield in two-dimensional ${\cal N}=(2,2)$ theory. This complex superfield is referred to as the prepotential of the chiral superfield.

Pseudoscalar Field as a Possible Candidate for Phantom Field

open access: yesAdvances in High Energy Physics, Volume 2025, Issue 1, 2025.
We demonstrate the existence of a single pseudoscalar (PS) field in the mathematically backed and parity‐preserving modifications of the standard Stückelberg formalism (SSF) in the context of the Lagrangian formulation of the (i) two (1 + 1)‐dimensional (2D) massive Abelian 1‐form gauge theory, (ii) three (2 + 1)‐dimensional (3D) massive Abelian 2‐form

Stochastic gauge fixing for N = 1 supersymmetric Yang-Mills theory [PDF]

open access: yes, 2006
The gauge fixing procedure for N=1 supersymmetric Yang-Mills theory (SYM) is proposed in the context of the stochastic quantization method (SQM). The stochastic gauge fixing, which was formulated by Zwanziger for Yang-Mills theory, is extended to SYM_4 ...

One-loop polarization operator of the quantum gauge superfield for 𝒩 = 1 SYM regularized by higher derivatives

open access: yes, 2017
We consider the general 𝒩 = 1 supersymmetric gauge theory with matter, regularized by higher covariant derivatives without breaking the BRST invariance, in the massless limit.

Inflation and dark energy with a single superfield [PDF]

open access: yes, 2014
We discuss the possibility to construct supergravity models with a single superfield describing inflation as well as the tiny cosmological constant V ∼ 10−120.

Flavor in SU(5)$SU(5)$ Finite Grand Unified Models

open access: yesFortschritte der Physik, Volume 72, Issue 12, December 2024.
Abstract Four SU(5)N=1$SU(5) \nobreakspace N=1$ supersymmetric models which exhibit S3$S_3$ and/or ZN$Z_N$ symmetries are studied, that are finite to two or all loops, and their corresponding mass matrices. The first is an all‐loop finite model based on an S3×Z3×Z2$S_3\times Z_3\times Z_2$ flavor symmetry, which leads to phenomenologically nonviable ...

Minimal scalar-less matter-coupled supergravity

open access: yesPhysics Letters B, 2016
We build the minimal supergravity model where the nilpotent chiral goldstino superfield is coupled to a chiral matter superfield, realising a different non-linear representation through a mixed nilpotency constraint.

Weyl covariance, and proposals for superconformal prepotentials in 10D superspaces

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics, 2021
Proposals are made to describe the Weyl scaling transformation laws of supercovariant derivatives ∇ A , the torsion supertensors T AB C , and curvature supertensors R ABc d in 10D superspaces. Starting from the proposal that an unconstrained supergravity

Open String Renormalization Group Flow as a Field Theory

open access: yesFortschritte der Physik, Volume 72, Issue 11, November 2024.
Abstract This article shows that the integral flow‐lines of the RG‐flow of open string theory can be interpreted as the solitons of a Hořova–Lifshitz sigma‐model of open membranes. The authors argue that the effective background description of this model implies the g‐theorem of open string theory.
