Christ–Lee Model: (Anti‐)chiral Supervariable Approach to BRST Formalism
We derive the off‐shell nilpotent of order two and absolutely anticommuting Becchi‐Rouet‐Stora‐Tyutin (BRST), anti‐BRST, and (anti‐)co‐BRST symmetry transformations for the Christ–Lee (CL) model in one (0 + 1)‐dimension (1D) of spacetime by exploiting the (anti‐)chiral supervariable approach (ACSA) to BRST formalism where the quantum symmetry (i.e ...

Complex linear multiplets and local supersymmetry breaking
We study supersymmetry breaking from a complex linear superfield coupled to 4D N=1 supergravity. The theory has two classically decoupled vacua, one supersymmetric and one with broken and intrinsically non-linear supersymmetry. Depending on the values of

LHC Signals of the Next‐to‐Lightest Scalar Higgs State of the NMSSM in the 4τ Decay Channel
We study the a1a1 and Za1 decay channels of the next‐to‐lightest CP‐even Higgs boson h2 of the NMSSM at the LHC, where the h2 is produced in gluon fusion. It is found that while the h2 discovery is impossible through the latter channel, the former one in the 4τ final state is a promising channel to discover the h2 with masses up to around 250 GeV at ...

Quasicomplex N=2, d=1 Supersymmetric Sigma Models
We derive and discuss a new type of N=2 supersymmetric quantum mechanical sigma models which appear when the superfield action of the (1,2,1) multiplets is modified by adding an imaginary antisymmetric tensor to the target space metric, thus completing ...

Three-form multiplet and supersymmetry breaking
Recently, a nilpotent real scalar superfield V was introduced in [1] as a model for the Goldstino. It contains only two independent component fields, the Goldstino and the auxiliary D-field.

Goldstino Superfields in Supergravity [PDF]
We review two off-shell models for spontaneously broken ${\cal N}=1$ and ${\cal N}=2$ supergravity proposed in arXiv:1702.02423 and arXiv:1707.07390. The ${\cal N}=1$ model makes use of a real scalar superfield subject to three nilpotency conditions.

A superfield constraint for N=2 --> N=0 breaking [PDF]
We identify a cubic holomorphic constraint that subtends the total breaking of N=2 supersymmetry in a vector multiplet and exhibit its microscopic origin.

Generic scalar potentials for inflation in supergravity with a single chiral superfield [PDF]
A bstractWe propose a large class of supergravity models in terms of a single chiral matter superfield, leading to (almost) arbitrary single-field inflationary scalar potentials similar to the F-term in rigid supersymmetry.
