Generalized IIB supergravity from exceptional field theory [PDF]

open access: yes, 2016
The background underlying the $\eta$-deformed $AdS_5\times S^5$ sigma-model is known to satisfy a generalization of the IIB supergravity equations. Their solutions are related by T-duality to solutions of type IIA supergravity with non-isometric linear dilaton.

Supersymmetry and supergravity models

open access: yesJournal of Physics G: Nuclear and Particle Physics, 1998
In this paper a review of the present status of supersymmetric (SUSY) and supergravity (SUGRA) models is presented, emphasizing the ambiguities one encounters in constructing a SUSY or SUGRA version of the standard model.

Constrained superfields in Supergravity [PDF]

open access: yes, 2016
We analyze constrained superfields in supergravity. We investigate the consistency and solve all known constraints, presenting a new class that may have interesting applications in the construction of inflationary models.

Relaxed Supergravity [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv, 2021
We propose a novel class of $\mathcal{N}=1$ supergravity (called ``Relaxed supergravity'') that can enlarge the space of scalar potentials, relaxing the strongly-constrained form of the prototype supergravity potential. It has very long been considered that in $\mathcal{N}=1$ supergravity a negative term of scalar potential can be given only by the ...

Symplectic Deformations of Gauged Maximal Supergravity [PDF]

open access: yes, 2014
We identify the space of symplectic deformations of maximal gauged supergravity theories. Coordinates of such space parametrize inequivalent supergravity models with the same gauge group.

Phenomenological Aspects of Heterotic Orbifold Models at One Loop

open access: yes, 2003
We provide a detailed study of the phenomenology of orbifold compactifications of the heterotic string within the context of supergravity effective theories.

Supergravity solution-generating techniques and canonical transformations of σ-models from O(D, D)

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics, 2021
Within the framework of the flux formulation of Double Field Theory (DFT) we employ a generalised Scherk-Schwarz ansatz and discuss the classification of the twists that in the presence of the strong constraint give rise to constant generalised fluxes ...

Energy conditions in Starobinsky supergravity [PDF]

open access: yes, 2017
We consider the classical energy conditions (strong, null and weak) in Starobinsky supergravity theories. We study in detail the simplest Starobinsky supergravity model in the "old-minimal" supergravity setup and find examples of violations of each energy condition for a certain range of the parameters due to extra scalar d.o.f. present in supergravity.

Quintessence with two energy scales [PDF]

open access: yes, 2001
We study quintessence models using low energy supergravity inspired from string theory. We consider effective supergravity with two scales m_S, the string scale, and m_PL, the Planck scale and show that quintessence naturally arises from a supersymmetry ...

Electrodeposited Manganese Dioxides and Their Composites as Electrocatalysts for Energy Conversion Reactions

open access: yesChemSusChem, Volume 18, Issue 5, March 3, 2025.
This review focuses on the electrochemical synthesis of MnO2 materials and their composites and their application as electrocatalysts for OER and HER reactions for the conversion of renewable energy into chemical fuels. The electrocatalytic function of electrodeposited MnO2 for ORR and bifunctional ORR/OER for efficient operation of fuel cells and ...
