The dispersion of superposition coding for Gaussian broadcast channels [PDF]

open access: yes2017 IEEE Information Theory Workshop (ITW), 2017
In this paper, we analyze the performance of superposition coding for Gaussian broadcast channels with finite blocklength. To this end, we adapt two different achievability bounds, the dependence testing and the κβ bounds introduced by Polyanskiy et al. in 2010 to the broadcast setting.

Non-Orthogonal Multiple Access With Cooperative Truncated ARQ and Relay Selection

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2019
In this paper, we propose a cooperative truncated automatic repeat-request (T-ARQ)-based non-orthogonal multiple access schemes with relay selection. There are two phases in our proposed scheme.

Cooperative transmission design combining network coding and superposition coding

open access: yesTongxin xuebao, 2012
A joint network coding (NC) and superposition coding scheme was proposed to realize a cooperative transmission. The use of NC was able to improve spectral efficiency over classical decode and forward relaying strategy by relaxing the orthogonality ...
