Nuclear Physics B, 1984 Abstract Superstring field theories are formulated in terms of light-cone-gauge superfields that are functionals of string coordinates x ( σ ) and ϑ ( σ ). The formalism used preserves only the manifest SU(4) symmetry that corresponds to rotations among six of the eight transverse directions.

Toward simulating superstring/M-theory on a quantum computer
Journal of High Energy Physics, 2021 We present a novel framework for simulating matrix models on a quantum computer. Supersymmetric matrix models have natural applications to superstring/M-theory and gravitational physics, in an appropriate limit of parameters.
