Superstring amplitudes from BCJ numerators at one loop
We find a direct map that determines moduli-space integrands for one-loop superstring amplitudes in terms of field-theory loop integrands in the BCJ form. The latter can be computed using efficient unitarity methods, so our map provides an alternative to

Analyticity and crossing symmetry of superstring loop amplitudes
Bros, Epstein and Glaser proved crossing symmetry of the S-matrix of a theory without massless fields by using certain analyticity properties of the off-shell momentum space Green’s function in the complex momentum plane.

Classical spectral curve of the AdS5 × S 5 lambda superstring
The classical spectral curve for the worldsheet theory of the AdS5 ×S 5 lambda superstring is constructed. The lambda string is interpreted as a regularized, non-abelian T-dual of the AdS5 ×S 5 superstring with respect to the full PSU(2, 2|4) symmetry ...

N=2 Heterotic Superstring and its Dual Theory in Five Dimensions [PDF]
We study quantum effects in five dimensions in heterotic superstring theory compactified on K_3 x S_1 and analyze the conjecture that its dual effective theory is eleven-dimensional supergravity compactified on a Calabi-Yau threefold. This theory is also

The three‐dimensional Seiberg–Witten equations for 3/2$3/2$‐spinors: A compactness theorem
Abstract The Rarita‐Schwinger–Seiberg‐Witten (RS–SW) equations are defined similarly to the classical Seiberg–Witten equations, where a geometric non–Dirac‐type operator replaces the Dirac operator called the Rarita–Schwinger operator. In dimension 4, the RS–SW equation was first considered by the second author (Nguyen [J. Geom. Anal. 33(2023), no. 10,

Abstract The unification of conformal and fuzzy gravities with internal interactions is based on the facts that i) the tangent group of a curved manifold and the manifold itself do not necessarily have the same dimensions and ii) both gravitational theories considered here have been formulated in a gauge theoretic way.

We study superstring theory in three dimensional Anti-de Sitter spacetime with NS-NS flux, focusing on the case where the radius of curvature is equal to the string length.

Holomorphic field theories and higher algebra
Abstract Aimed at complex geometers and representation theorists, this survey explores higher dimensional analogs of the rich interplay between Riemann surfaces, Virasoro and Kac‐Moody Lie algebras, and conformal blocks. We introduce a panoply of examples from physics — field theories that are holomorphic in nature, such as holomorphic Chern‐Simons ...

Heterotic string field theory with manifest spacetime supersymmetry
Using the hybrid formalism with manifest N = 1 d = 4 spacetime supersymmetry, we construct the quadratic term in the heterotic superstring field theory action.

Dark Dimension With (Little) Strings Attached
Abstract A relation between dark energy and the scale of new physics in weakly coupled string theory is motivated. This mixing between infrared and ultraviolet physics leads to a unique corner for real‐world phenomenology: barring fine‐tunings, the authors are naturally led to the “dark dimension” scenario, a single mesoscopic extra dimension of micron
