Phenomenology of Supersymmetry

1988
In these lectures I will discuss current trends in the construction of phenomenological models involving supersymmetry, supergravity, and the superstring. It will be assumed that you are familiar with the hierarchy problem as a motivation for employing supersymmetry, and not much time will be spent on the technical aspects of constructing effective ...

Selected problems of supersymmetry phenomenology

Uspekhi Fizicheskih Nauk, 2001
Several problems of phenomenological supersymmetry are considered, including the hierarchy problem; gauge coupling unification; proton decay in Grand Unification Theory; Higgs boson spectrum and the upper bound on the lightest Higgs boson mass; and dark matter.

Phenomenological supersymmetry

A review on the Minimal Supersymmetric Standard Model (MSSM) is given, putting a special emphasis on the Higgs sector. The electroweak symmetry breaking in the context of the MSSM is analyzed. It is found that there are five Higgs bosons in the model, and their tree-level masses are determined.

Supersymmetry and Supergravity : The Phenomenological View

1985
In this review I discuss in some detail the structure and physical consequences of global and local supersymmetric (SUSY) gauge theories. Section 1 contains motivations for SUSY theories, whilst Sections 2 and 3 explain what supersymmetry is, and what are its physical properties.
