Aggregate demand and supply [PDF]
This paper is part of a broader project that provides a microfoundation to the General Theory of J. M. Keynes. I call this project “old Keynesian economics” to distinguish it from new‐Keynesian economics, a theory that is based on the idea that to make sense of Keynes we must assume that prices are sticky.

Supply and Demand in Disaggregated Keynesian Economies with an Application to the Covid-19 Crisis
We study supply and demand shocks in a general disaggregated model with multiple sectors, factors, and input-output linkages, as well as downward nominal wage rigidities and a zero lower bound constraint.

Research on the Impact of Steel Energy Conservation Technology Diffusion on Enterprises' Participation in Carbon Trading [PDF]
In the process of steel production, the use of high temperature and high pressure smelting technology, continuous casting and rolling technology, waste heat recovery technology, can effectively reduce energy consumption and reduce carbon emissions.

Simulation of energy-saving technologies diffusion and carbon trading in the building materials industry [PDF]
In the process of building materials production, the use of cement raw meal grinding aid technology, infrared high-radiation energy-saving coating for glass melting furnaces, and new ceramic integrated powder making technology can effectively reduce ...

Urban ecosystems and heavy rainfall – A Flood Regulating Ecosystem Service modelling approach for extreme events on the local scale [PDF]
Increasing urbanisation in combination with a rise in the frequency and intensity of heavy rain events increase the risk of urban flooding. Flood Regulating Ecosystem Services (FRES) address the capacity of ecosystems to reduce the flood hazard and lower

Depressed Demand and Supply [PDF]
We investigate the implications of experienced-based learning on consumption-saving and labor supply, two fundamental decisions in business cycle models. Using the Dutch Household Survey, we find that individuals who have experienced higher national unemployment rates over their lifetime save more, borrow less, and work less, after controlling for ...
