Den svenska supply chain-panelen Supply Chain Information Sharing

open access: yes, 2016
Denna femte studie behandlar Supply chain information sharing (SCIS), d.v.s. hur företag delar information i försörjningskedjan. Vi försöker också förstå hur företag delar information i försörjningskedjan - både mellan företagets interna avdelningar ...

Supply chain vulnerability assessment: A network based visualization and clustering analysis approach [PDF]

open access: yes, 2018
Supply chains are large, complex, and often unpredictable. Purchasing and supply managers and supply chain risk managers need methods and tools to enable them to quickly understand how unexpected disruptions in the supply chain start and grow and to what

Single‐Dose TACE‐Like Injection of Sustained‐Release Panobinostat/IL‐12 Polymeric Microparticles is Effective in Preclinical Liver Cancer Models

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A novel PLGA/PBAE polymer microparticle platform revolutionizes intermediate‐stage liver cancer treatment by co‐delivering panobinostat and IL‐12 via a single TACE‐like injection. This sustained‐release system overcomes tumor immunosuppression, triggers robust innate and adaptive immune responses, and establishes tertiary lymphoid structures ...

IMPLEMENTING "GREEN" ELEMENTS INTO THE SUPPLY CHAIN - THE LITERATURE REVIEW AND EXAMPLES [PDF]

open access: yes
Almost every operating enterprise in the market has the supply chain. Dependingon the size and nature of the enterprise, supply chain can take many forms, but the basicelements of each supply chain are as follows: suppliers, production and distribution ...

ROS‐Responsive Eye Drop for Controlled Release of 20‐Deoxyingenol Improves Diabetic Corneal Healing by Activating Macrophage Autophagy and Metabolic Reprogramming

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Schematic illustration of ROS‐responsive TSPBA‐PVA microspheres loaded with 20‐deoxyingenol (TP/20‐DOI) for diabetic corneal wound healing: (a) fabrication and ROS‐triggered release; (b) autophagy activation and metabolic reprogramming in macrophages; (c) suppression of macrophage‐derived CXCL3/CXCL5, attenuation of neutrophil infiltration, and ...

A Drug‐Gated, Modular STAb‐T Immunotherapy With External Control

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Engineered STAb‐TON cells act as programmable living factories that continuously secrete inactive antibody modules, which assemble extracellularly into a functional T cell engager only upon small‐molecule administration. This externally controlled platform enables reversible, on‐demand regulation of antitumor immunity, establishing a new paradigm for ...

Selective Modulation of OTUB1 Noncanonical Function via a bioPhosTAC Strategy

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This work positions the versatile performance of the peptide‐based bioPhosTAC platform for dissecting phosphorylation‐dependent biology and expanding the scope of induced‐proximity technologies. We demonstrated that selective manipulation of a tyrosine phosphorylation site is sufficient to propagate coordinated cellular consequences.

RSF1‐Dependent PAR Turnover Promotes 53BP1 Liquid Condensate Formation at DNA Damage Sites

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
At sites of DNA damage, RSF1 recruits PARG to accelerate PAR turnover, triggering a switch from PAR‐driven condensates to 53BP1 condensates. This condensate transition enables p53‐dependent gene transcription and coordinates the DNA damage response.
