Substrate‐Versatile and Stress‐Free Tellurization of PtTe2 Films
physica status solidi (RRL) – Rapid Research Letters, Volume 20, Issue 1, January 2026.A two‐step (platinum deposition followed by tellurization) scalable process that can be easily combined with lithographic techniques is developed for the growth of PtTe2 films. By optimizing a slower tellurization thermal ramp, stress‐free PtTe2 growth both on silicon and dielectric substrates is achieved, proving substrate versatility.
