ABSTRACT Cardiovascular adverse events (CVAEs) associated with bispecific T‐cell engaging antibodies (BsAbs) have not been systematically investigated across approved agents. In this disproportionality analysis of FAERS (December 2014–September 2025), reports listing BsAbs as the primary suspected drug (n = 7647) were compared with all other drugs in ...

Abstract UKALL14 (NCT01085617) T‐cell arm was a phase 3, randomized‐controlled trial. Adults aged 25–65 years were randomized 1:1 at entry to receive standard of care (SOC) or SOC + nelarabine 1.5 g/m2 (Days 1, 3, and 5) to be administered following second induction. The primary end‐point was event‐free survival (EFS).

Hierarchy of supraventricular pacemakers
Definitive subsidiary atrial pacemakers (SAPs) exist within the crista terminalis and in the atrial free wall tissue at the junction of the inferior vena cava and the inferior right atrium. These pacemakers are capable of maintaining cardiac rhythm at a rate intermediate between that of the sinoatrial (SA) nodal and atrioventricular (AV) junctional ...

Intra‐procedural accessory pathway reconduction occurred in 18% of patients, with 65.2% of events detected ≥ 15 min after initial pathway elimination. Reconduction was associated with a higher rate of late recurrence, supporting careful assessment for conduction recovery during the post‐ablation waiting period.
