The diagnosis of atrial cardiomyopathy (AtCM) requires electrical atrial dysfunction, with evidence of either mechanical atrial dysfunction, atrial enlargement, or excessive atrial fibrosis. The diagnostic cut‐points presented are for standard electrocardiogram and echocardiogram studies (see Figure 1 for further detail).

Comparison of Total Intravenous Anesthesia Versus Volatile Anesthesia on Arrhythmia Inducibility and Clinical Outcomes During Catheter Ablation for Ventricular Tachycardia [PDF]
This study has identified that the maintenance of general anesthesia with TIVA as opposed to volatile anesthesia is associated with increased inducibility of ventricular tachycardia during catheter ablation procedures. 84.5% of TIVA patients were inducible compared to only 15.5%.s ABSTRACT Introduction Catheter ablation is highly efficacious for the ...

Safety and prognostic value of left ventricular endomyocardial biopsy in dilated cardiomyopathy
Safety and prognostic value of left ventricular endomyocardial biopsy in dilated cardiomyopathy. CVF, left ventricular collagen volume fraction; DCM, dilated cardiomyopathy; EMB, endomyocardial biopsy; LV, left ventricular. Aims The need to perform endomyocardial biopsy (EMB) in patients with non‐ischaemic dilated cardiomyopathies (DCM) is debated ...

The clinical manifestation of DOLV was atypical. TTE has a relatively high diagnostic accuracy for DOLV in pediatric, which is very valuable for its early detection. ABSTRACT Double outlet left ventricle (DOLV) is a rare congenital cardiac anomaly in which both great arteries originate entirely or predominantly from the morphologic left ventricle.

DPP‐DTT Nanowire Phototransistors for Optoelectronic Synapses in EMG and ECG Signal Classification
A DPP‐DTT NW‐based PT emulates synaptic responses to both optical and electrical inputs, enabling a hardware platform for neuromorphic computing. The proposed device achieved 88.3% and 71.6% classification accuracy on EMG (7 classes) and ECG (5 classes), respectively, highlighting its potential for real‐time biosignal processing in wearable and edge ...
