Correlated transformation of the microrelief of the stressed surface of an amorphous alloy

Surface-enhanced photoemission in Schottky diodes with microrelief interfaces

The surface plasmon-polariton excitation is shown to be an additional mechanism that contributes to an increase in the internal photoemission current.
