Layer‐Dependent Phonon Polaritons in hBN Resolved by Photo‐Induced Force Spectroscopy
Layer‐dependent phonon polariton resonances in hexagonal boron nitride are systematically investigated using photo‐induced force microscopy. The in‐plane resonance exhibits a blueshift, while the out‐of‐plane resonance shows a redshift with increasing thickness. These results establish layer number as a key parameter for tuning polaritonic responses in

Enhancing Propagation Length of Surface Plasmon Polaritons by Using Metallic Double-Layer Structure
In this paper, we propose to use a wedge-shaped plasmonic waveguide with a metallic double-layer structure for improving the propagation length of surface plasmon polaritons.

Surface plasmon polaritons on curved surfaces
While the motion of a classical particle bounded to a surface depends only on the local curvature, the dynamics of a quantum particle depends also on the mean surface curvature. Its influence can be experimentally observed using surface plasmon polaritons (SPPs), which are naturally surface-bounded waves. Owing to the similarity between the Schrodinger

An experimentally validated optoelectronic device model is presented to describe the efficiency and roll‐off behavior of single‐layer TADF OLEDs. By coupling charge transport, exciton dynamics, and optical outcoupling, the model reproduces the External Quantum Efficiency (EQE) across different emission layer thicknesses and temperatures, offering ...

Diversiform hybrid-polarization surface plasmon polaritons in a dielectric–metal metamaterial
Hybrid-polarization surface plasmon polaritons (HSPPs) at the interface between an isotropic medium and a one-dimensional metal–dielectric metamaterial (MM) were discussed, where the metal-layer permittivity was described with the improved Drude model ...

Surface Charges Guided Quasi‐TEM‐mode Microwave Propagation along Dielectric Nanowire
According to Maxwell's equations, a single‐conductor transmission line cannot allow TEM‐mode electromagnetic wave propagation, however, this is based upon the assumption that dielectric material is isolated from the environment. In practice, surface electrostatic charges widely existed in nano‐materials with large surface‐to‐volume ratio.
