Diclofenac Imprinted Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR) Based Sensor

ChemistrySelect, 2022
Abstract The point of the study is the design of diclofenac (DFC) imprinted SPR sensor to detect DFC. Firstly, pre‐complex was formed using DFC and methacrylic acid (MAA). Pre‐complex was copolymerized with ethylene glycol dimethacrylate (EGDMA) on the allyl mercaptan functionalized SPR chip.

Variable wavelength surface plasmon resonance (SPR) in biosensing

Biosystems, 2009
In this study, we fabricated a novel variable wavelength surface plasmon resonance (SPR) sensor, which detects resonance conditions such as a maximum attenuation wavelength, measuring change of microscopic refractive index. Such a change was measured to detect a salmonella antigen-antibody reaction and a penicillinase-penicillin reaction.

Gold-nanoshells as surface plasmon resonance (SPR)

SPIE Proceedings, 2015
Coreshell plasmonic nanoparticles (CS) are a class of nanoparticles that exhibit optical absorption in the near IR regime and have potential biomedical applications in imaging, therapy and sensing. We present our preliminary investigation on the applications of CS as a surface plasmon based sensor to study the functional properties of human blood.

Application of chromogenic reagents in surface plasmon resonance (SPR)

Biosensors and Bioelectronics, 2007
In this paper, a new simple approach for sensitivity optimization in surface plasmon resonance (SPR) chemosensors based on colorimetric ligands is presented. A new design of SPR sensor with tunable analytical wavelength (lambda(SPR)) was constructed for this purpose, to perform studies on the ligand absorbance spectra related sensitivity enhancement ...

Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR) biosensor for detection of mycotoxins: A review

Journal of Immunological Methods, 2022
Mycotoxin is one of the most important natural pollutants, which poses a global threat to food safety. However, the pollution of mold in food production is inevitable. The detection technology of mycotoxins in food production is an important means to prevent the damage of mycotoxins, so rapid detection and screening to avoid pollution diffusion is ...

Electrochemical surface plasmon resonance (EC-SPR) aptasensor for ampicillin detection

Analytical and Bioanalytical Chemistry, 2019
Surface plasmon resonance technique is highly sensitive to various processes taking place on a metal film and it has emerged as a powerful label-free method to study molecular binding processes taking place on a surface. Another important but less explored area of applications is the use of hybrid methods which combine electrochemistry with optical ...

Sensitivity comparison of surface plasmon resonance (SPR) and magneto-optic SPR biosensors

The European Physical Journal Plus, 2019
Sensitivity of a biosensor is one of the most important parameters that determines its performance. It depends on many factors, such as excitation wavelength of incident optical radiation (\( \lambda\) , composition, type, and thickness of the ferromagnetic Co layer ( \( t_{\rm Co}\) , plasmonic Au, and high refractory metal, Ti, involved, and sensing ...

Combining Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR) Spectroscopy with Surface-Enhanced Raman Scattering (SERS)

Analytical Chemistry, 2011
The simultaneous measurement of surface plasmon resonance (SPR) spectroscopy and surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) on flat metallic surfaces is demonstrated on a relatively simple experimental setup based on the Kretschmann configuration. This setup requires only minor modifications to standard Raman microscopes, and we show that it can be ...
