Switching Spike Plasticity Shapes ACE2 Engagement Across SARS‐CoV‐2 Variants
Advanced Science, EarlyView.Conformational plasticity governs SARS‐CoV‐2 spike function and ACE2 recognition. Using high‐speed AFM and single‐molecule force spectroscopy, we analyzed the ancestral spike and nine variants, revealing progressive rigidification from Delta, variable plasticity in Omicron sublineages, and JN.1 compaction.

Cavity‐Enhanced Eye‐Readable Detection of 0.1% H2 via Active Modulation of Charge‐Transfer Plasmons
Advanced Science, EarlyView.A cavity‐structured nanoparticle sensor is developed for highly sensitive, eye‐readable hydrogen detection. Its excellent colorimetric response arises from a hydrogen‐induced charge‐transfer mechanism: reduction of the dielectric oxide shell in H2 triggers a transition from the plasmonic gap mode to the charge‐transfer plasmon mode.

Advanced Science, EarlyView.ABSTRACT Platinum‐based chemotherapy resistance remains a major obstacle in gastric cancer (GC) treatment. Through integrated transcriptomic profiling of cisplatin‐resistant xenografts and pharmacogenomic interrogation of the NCI‐60 dataset, we identified Prohibitin‐2 (PHB2) as a previously unrecognized determinant of chemoresistance.
