Exploring the Single‐Cell Dynamics of FOXM1 Under Cell Cycle Perturbations

open access: yesCell Proliferation, EarlyView.
The varied FOXM1 dynamic patterns reveal significant differences in cellular responses to the same stimuli at the single‐cell level. This emphasises the relationship between cue, signal and response as influenced by different drug types and concentrations.

Self‐verification and social dominance in coworker dyads

open access: yesEuropean Management Review, EarlyView.
Abstract This article conceptualizes the bright and dark sides of self‐verification processes among dyads of coworkers from different social groups. We argue that these processes depend on coworkers' social dominance orientation (SDO), which determines whether they hold dominant, subordinate, or egalitarian social identities.

Estimation of Critical Resistive Leakage Current of polymer housed ZnO surge arrester by electro-thermal modelling

open access: yesJournal of Electrical Systems and Information Technology, 2018
In this study, a MATLAB/Simulink software based electro-thermal model of the polymer housed, gapless, 60 kV ZnO surge arrester is used for estimating the ‘ Critical Resistive Leakage Current (CRLC)’.
