CDK4/6 Inhibitors and Curcumin Synergistically Suppress HER2− Breast Cancer via Lethal ROS and Inhibition of Metastasis

Schematic illustrating that CDK4/6 inhibitors combined with curcumin induce lethal ROS accumulation by disrupting redox balance, downregulating GPX4, and depleting glutathione, leading to DNA damage and lipid peroxidation. This oxidative stress triggers tumor cell death and suppresses EMT‐driven migration.
