Laryngeal Cryotherapy for Neurogenic Cough: Safety, Feasibility, and Prospective Outcomes

A prospective clinical trial investigated the safety and clinical outcomes of office‐based selective laryngeal cryotherapy for patients with refractory chronic cough. Patient were followed for 6 months posttreatment and had durable improvement in cough severity index and urge‐to‐cough scores and no serious long term adverse effects.

Orbital Lymphatic Malformations Are Associated With Intracranial Vascular Anomalies

In this retrospective series, all seven patients with orbital lymphatic malformations had intracranial vascular anomalies consistent with cerebrofacial venous metameric syndrome and hotspot PIK3CA variants identified through tissue‐based sequencing. Five patients treated with alpelisib experienced symptom improvement within 6 months.
