FBG Earth Pressure Sensors Applied in Surrounding Rock Pressure of Tunnel
Applied Mechanics and Materials, 2013During the period of tunnel excavation, shoring, forming and long-term operation, stress changes of tunnel surrounding rock are complex, the real-time monitoring of surrounding rock pressure is the key factor in ensuring long-term stability in tunnel.

Calculation of Surrounding Rock Pressure on Multi-Arch Tunnel
International Conference on Transportation Engineering 2009, 2009It is the key to design reasonably how to calculate pressure of surrounding rock on multi-arch tunnel in load structure method. At present, calculation of pressure of surrounding rock on multi-arch tunnel in current "Code for Design of Road Tunnel" recurs to "Code of Design on Tunnel of Railway".

Pressure Relaxation in a Hole Surrounded by a Porous and Permeable Rock
Combustion, Explosion and Shock Waves, 2002The problem of explosion in a hole surrounded by a porous medium is considered. Integral equations describing pressure relaxation in the hole due to gas filtration into the surrounding porous space are obtained within the framework of plane one-dimensional, radial, and spherical formulations.

A new fracture permeability model: Influence of surrounding rocks and matrix pressure
Journal of Petroleum Science and Engineering, 2020Abstract An appropriate fracture permeability model needs to include terms that characterize the effects of surrounding rocks and varying matrix pore pressure. This paper describes the use of Eshelby's inhomogeneity theory to derive equations that can be used to predict fracture permeability behavior for different shapes of reservoirs whose elastic ...

Elastoplastic Analysis of Surrounding Rocks of the Pressure Tunnel
Applied Mechanics and Materials, 2013According to the triple shear unified yield criterion, the mechanical behavior of the pressure tunnel was put forward. The calculation formulas of the radius of plastic zone were deduced with considerations of the effects of the intermediate principal stress.

The pressure testing of a hole in porous and permeable rock by gas injection is considered. An integral equation for the hole pressure relaxation is obtained whose numerical and analytical solutions describe the dependence of the relaxation time of hole pressure on the reservoir properties of the surrounding porous rock as well as on the initial gas ...
