[Pronostic factors and survival in motor neuron disease].
Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) is the most common adult motor neuron disease (MND), presenting with a combination of upper (UMN) and lower (lmn) motor neuron signs, with high mortality. other less frequent mnd are progressive muscular atrophy (pma) and primary lateral sclerosis (pls). To describe demographic data, clinical forms of presentation and

MagPiezo enables wireless activation of endogenous Piezo1 channels without genetic modification using 19 nm magnetic nanoparticles and low‐intensity magnetic fields. It generates torque forces at the piconewton scale to trigger mechanotransduction in endothelial cells, standing as a novel platform to interrogate and manipulate Piezo1 activity in vitro.
