Skepticism, Suspension of Judgment, and Norms for Belief

First, the Skeptic has at most indirect control over his suspension of judgment and so does not suspend judgment at will. Second, the skeptic accepts the norm of truth for belief.

Evaluation of Energy-Regenerative Suspension Structure Based on Fuzzy Comprehensive Judgment (FCJ)
Advanced Materials Research, 2010Energy regenerative suspension can transform the shock energy produced in the driving process into electrical or hydraulic energy. This paper proposes a new hydraulic electromagnetic energy regenerative suspension design, and makes a comparison with the other two energy regenerative suspension designs by studying their structures and working principles,

It further involves identifying with a compassionately witnessing Self, a caringly participant-observer Self.
