From Sensing Mechanisms to System Co‐Design: Graphene‐Based Sensors and Readout Circuits

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This review establishes a unified PS–EQ–RF framework linking graphene sensing mechanisms, native electrical outputs, and output‐specific readout circuits. Voltage‐, current‐, resistance‐, and capacitance‐type sensing systems are systematically classified to guide architecture selection, low‐noise design, system co‐design, and practical integration ...

Ultrasonic evaluation of the pitch of periodically rough surfaces from back side

open access: yesMechanical Engineering Journal, 2017
The geometrical features of internal surfaces are important parameters in the field of non-destructive testing such as corrosion inspection or artistic qualities of material surfaces. Although stylus profiling and optical scattering are commonly used for

Dynamic Response of Curved Tunnels under Vertical Incidence of Transversal SV Waves

open access: yesShock and Vibration, 2023
Long tunnels often have curved sections when alignment designs are influenced by topography, adverse geology, and environmental factors. When the transversal SV wave is incident vertically, the curved section of the tunnel is subject to a connection ...

AARS1‐Mediated H3K27 Lactylation Rewires Glycolysis to Sustain Aggressive and Recurrent Bladder Cancer

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
AARS1 drives PI3K–AKT–mTOR‐dependent glycolysis in bladder cancer, promoting lactate accumulation, increased lactylation, H3K27la enrichment at the HK2 promoter, and HK2 transcription. HK2 reinforces glycolysis, sustaining a metabolic–epigenetic program associated with tumor progression, recurrence, and metastasis.

Numerical study on the back slope effect of trapezoidal canyon slope under oblique incidence of P-SV waves

open access: yesScientific Reports
The incident angle of seismic waves influences the dynamic response of rock slopes. However, the relationship between the back-slope effect in strong earthquake areas and the incident angle has not been well-explained. Based on the equivalent nodal force

qcGEM: A Graph‐Based Molecular Representation With Quantum Chemistry Awareness

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
In this work, we introduce qcGEM, a quantum‐chemistry‐aware graph‐based embedding of molecules that incorporates physical priors into molecular representation learning. Through a specially designed model architecture to adequately process quantum chemistry information as well as three‐dimensional molecular geometry, qcGEM provides a compact, physics ...

Al1−xHfxN$\text{Al$_{1-x}$Hf$_{x}$N}$ Thin Films with Enhanced Piezoelectric Responses for GHz Surface Acoustic Wave Devices

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
Reactively sputtered wurtzite Al1‐xHfxN thin films, exhibiting strong c‐axis texture and enhanced piezoelectric response, are demonstrated as a cost‐effective alternative to Al1‐xScxN. X‐ray absorption spectroscopy reveals that cross‐gap N 2p–Hf 5d hybridization increases the Born effective charge and enables a multifold increase in piezoelectric ...
