On the Physical Layer Security Characteristics for MIMO-SVD Techniques for SC-FDE Schemes
Multi-Input, Multi-Output (MIMO) techniques are seeing widespread usage in wireless communication systems due to their large capacity gains. On the other hand, security is a concern of any wireless system, which can make schemes that implement physical ...

On GROUSE and incremental SVD [PDF]
GROUSE (Grassmannian Rank-One Update Subspace Estimation) is an incremental algorithm for identifying a subspace of Rn from a sequence of vectors in this subspace, where only a subset of components of each vector is revealed at each iteration. Recent analysis has shown that GROUSE converges locally at an expected linear rate, under certain assumptions.

Reseaech on identification of caving coal and rock traits
In order to recognize caving coal and rock traits in fully mechanized caving face, an identification method based on continuous wavelet transform and improved singular value decomposition (SVD) was proposed.

Early stopping for statistical inverse problems via truncated SVD estimation [PDF]
We consider truncated SVD (or spectral cut-off, projection) estimators for a prototypical statistical inverse problem in dimension $D$. Since calculating the singular value decomposition (SVD) only for the largest singular values is much less costly than

The Evolution of Double Pylorus Associated With NSAIDs-Induced Gastric Ulcer
Double pylorus is an uncommon condition where two communicating channels between the gastric antrum and duodenal bulb exist and found incidentally by esophagogastroduodenoscopy.

The Belle II SVD detector [PDF]
The Silicon Vertex Detector (SVD) is one of the main detectors in the Belle II experiment at KEK, Japan. In combination with a pixel detector, the SVD determines precise decay vertex and low-momentum track reconstruction.

Time‐resolved X‐ray solution scattering captures how proteins change shape in real time under near‐native conditions. This article presents a practical workflow for light‐triggered TR‐XSS experiments, from data collection to structural refinement. Using a calcium‐transporting membrane protein as an example, the approach can be broadly applied to study ...

Cerebral small vessel disease, medial temporal lobe atrophy and cognitive status in patients with ischaemic stroke and transient ischaemic attack [PDF]
BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE: Small vessel disease (SVD) and Alzheimer's disease (AD) are two common causes of cognitive impairment and dementia, traditionally considered as distinct processes.

This paper proposes two projector‐based Hopfield neural network (HNN) estimators for online, constrained parameter estimation under time‐varying data, additive disturbances, and slowly drifting physical parameters. The first is a constraint‐aware HNN that enforces linear equalities and inequalities (via slack neurons) and continuously tracks the ...

OFDM Channel Estimation Along with Denoising Approach under Small SNR Environment using SSA
—In this paper, a de-noising approach in conjunction with channel estimation (CE) algorithm for OFDM systems using singular spectrum analysis (SSA) is presented. In the proposed algorithm, the initial CE is computed with the aid of traditional linear
